Pricing & Payment 

Do the prices listed on Cliptool.com include VAT? 
No. The prices you see listed when you browse are site do not include VAT. However, VAT will be charged on your order at a rate of 15%, and you will be able to see this figure on the "View Basket" and "Order Confirmation" pages.

What carriage or shipping will I be charged? 
The carriage/shipping costs will be listed when you view your shopping basket and when you check out.

How safe is it to shop online? 
Shopping online is very safe. None of your payment details are stored or entered on this site. When you have confirmed your order you will be sent to the secure Worldpay pages to enter your credit card details. Worldpay uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). If you have difficulties when checking out it may be because you are using an older browser. We recommend Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer for a smooth shopping experience.

Delivery & Returns 

How will my item(s) arrive?
Your items will arrive by courier. A valid signature is required upon delivery of any goods from this store.

When will my goods arrive? 
We aim to ship your goods immediately. However, if your goods do not arrive within 21 days please contact our support team using the details on the "Contact Us" page.

What is the policy on returning items? 
Customers have the right to cancel any order up to seven working days after placing it to receive a refund. If the product/item is faulty or defective you must return it to us unused and in its original packaging within 30 days. Please contact our customer service team via telephone or e-mail as shown on our Contact Us page for a returns code number. You must obtain this code before returning any product to us as we cannot process your return without it. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit when returning them to us, so we recommend you send items back by recorded/special delivery.

Will you ship internationally (Outside of the UK)? 
Currently Cliptool.com will only accept orders from within the United Kingdom. However, if you would like to place an order from outside the United Kingdom then please contact our support team and we will be happy to make special arrangements for you.
